PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  • The following guidelines have been developed to assist research presenters with preparing their presentations.
    1- The duration of the presentation will be for both online video and oral presentations 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation, 5 minutes Q&A) for each presenter Included an introductory briefing by the session chairperson about the author and the research.
    2- Plan for the allotted time.
    3- If you are a presenter, be ready with your presentation 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
    4- Make sure that the chosen program is installed on your computer or any other device
    5- Make sure that your presentation is placed correctly on your device so that it can be shared via the chosen online platform.
    6- The presentation languages are English and Arabic

General guidelines

  • The online conference will take place at 0:00-0:00 ………time (0:00-0:00 GMT). Please make the proper time zone conversion to verify the exact time of the conference. After your registration, you will receive a meeting invitation with personal user ID for online conference access. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not see this email in your inbox. Please join the conference link 15 minutes early to minimize last minute issues. Kindly check the audio setting of your computer and the application settings in advance. Sit in quite location where you will have good network access with no disturbance. When the online conference begins, you will be connected to audio using your computer’s microphone and speakers. A headset is recommended.
